Description

The SHI-APD SC-R8 cooling head is mounted in Philips F2K magnets. The manufacturer recommended maintenance (recovery) frequency of the head is 18 months. Works in conjunction with SHI-APD HC-8E compressors. The manufacturer recommended replacing the adsorber in the cryocompressor after 18 months of operation or when replacing the cooling head to prevent contamination of the cryogenic system.
