We carry out full testing of all devices and guarantee that their technical characteristics comply with the parameters specified by the manufacturer. We maintain a full 12 month warranty on our equipment.
With this program, we will immediately send you the piece of equipment needed for replacement. Then you return us the idle cryocompressor as a unit for exchange. This program minimizes downtime, reduces helium losses during boiling, and allows you to maintain the health of your equipment by reducing downtime.
We are ready to accept cryocompressors from customers for their repair. As soon as we receive your cryocompressor, we will evaluate and present you the diagnostic results, the timing and cost of the repair.
For customers who do not have their own spare cryocompressors, we can provide replacement equipment for the duration of the repair.
