Within the framework of this program, we will immediately send you the ordered piece of equipment by courier service after receiving the application. In emergency cases, same-day delivery is possible. After replacement, you will send us your used equipment.
For partners who need to repair their equipment without the need for immediate replacement, we offer a comprehensive repair program. Upon receipt of your equipment for repair, we carry out a full diagnosis and provide you with the results of an assessment of the condition, timing and cost of repair. Once the repair is complete, we will return the equipment or store it and deliver it directly to your customers. Your one-year warranty period starts from the moment you start using this equipment.
